Editorial Breakdown & Verdict
The Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection bundles three Switch titles that originally launched on handhelds years ago. For collectors, having all three in a single cartridge is convenient, and the games themselves still hold nostalgic charm despite dated graphics and repetitive combat. At $25, the set sits squarely at Amazon’s listed price, which is roughly what you’d find on other major retailers. That means you’re not getting a price cut, but you are avoiding the hassle of hunting down each title separately, which can run you closer to $30‑$35 total on the secondary market. The real value here is convenience, not a discount. If you’re on a strict budget or already own the games, you can skip this purchase. However, for newcomers to the franchise or anyone who prefers a tidy, all‑in‑one package, the $25 price tag is reasonable, even if it isn’t a bargain per se. Just be aware you’re paying standard retail, not a special promotion.
